Tree Line was founded to acquire and operate a profitable middle market business.
Traditional exit options for business owners are filled with unsavory options: private equity investors often have a singular focus on investment returns; strategic buyers are focused on integrating your business into a larger organization, with little regard for the culture and reputation you've worked hard to build

Peter founded Tree Line with the goal to acquire and operate an established middle market business, where there is an ownership transition.
Peter grew up on the East Coast and has deep roots throughout the Midwest. He's intimately familiar with the growth and operational challenges that small business owners face, having spent three years building relationships with operators as a lower middle market investor.
Prior to attending business school at New York University's Stern School of Business, Peter joined Morgan Stanley, where he provided advisory and financing services to public and private healthcare businesses.
